Thousand Suns, Inc. is a bona fide and registered Tribal / Native American Church Corporation incorporated by the State of Michigan and in Good Standing with the Secretary of State of Michigan. Thousand Suns Inc. is a 508(c)(1)(a) compliant Faith-Based Organization (FBO) and Native American Tribal Organization.

Church Vaccination Stance

Thousand Suns Inc. issues two levels of membership cards. Please reference the card type and corresponding rights below. All cardholders are supported within the Tribal Healthcare Network and retain the sovereign right to choose their own path regarding vaccinations.

Authorized Blessed Full Member

The holder of this card is a Certified Authorized Blessed Full Member of Thousand Suns Inc. They are authorized to:

Participate in Thousand Suns Ceremonies with Authorized Church Practitioners.
Conduct Personal Ceremonies within the scope and guidelines of Thousand Suns Inc.
Possess bird of prey feathers and Native American Sacraments, including Sacred Mushrooms, Mother Cannabis, and Grandfather Cactus Medicines.

Restrictions:

May NOT hold ceremonies for non-members or act beyond the authorized scope.
May NOT harvest living animals for bones or feathers.

All cardholders agree to abide by the Thousand Suns Code of Ethics and Member Agreement.

Authorized Blessed Practitioner

The holder of this card is a Certified Authorized Blessed Practitioner and an Authorized Lay Therapeutic Minister of Thousand Suns Inc. They are authorized to:

Practice Thousand Suns Sacred Healing Therapies including Thai Yoga, Indigenous Traditional Massage, Chirothesia (Laying on of Hands), Oliation with Oils and Herbs, Holistic Nutrition, Reiki, and related therapies as part of Lay Ministry.
Participate in Sacrament Ceremonies with Authorized Blessed Members or conduct Personal Ceremonies within the authorized scope.
Possess bird of prey feathers and Native American Sacraments including Sacred Mushrooms, Mother Cannabis, and Grandfather Cactus Medicines.

Restrictions:

May NOT conduct ceremonies for non-members.
May NOT harvest living animals for bones or feathers.
May NOT present themselves as practicing secular massage therapy unless separately licensed.

Scope of Practice includes but is not limited to Native American, Indigenous Traditional Therapies, Chirothesia, Oleation, Nutrition, Nature Cure, and Pastoral Care and Counseling.

Ninth Amendment Declaration

Under Article IX of the U.S. Constitution:
"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

By this declaration, Thousand Suns Inc. members retain the right to:

Freedom of choice in healthcare.
Choose diet, therapy, modality, remedy, or product as recommended by a practitioner of their choice.

This declaration of rights does not limit the recognition of other rights retained by the individual.

Notice is hereby given that any interference with the free exercise of rights retained under the Ninth Amendment may violate the following laws:
